What about the other 25?

Elsewhere, most likely my LiveJournal, I made noises about wanting to run off another fifty strips this year. However, I'm going to have to be more realistic. I'll be lucky to get twenty-six done, if that.

The problem is the summer course; we're talking about having to bash out two-thousand-word essays in a week! There's still a week's worth of course to do, and naturally work starts next week as well. And there's still one essay to write.

Something has to give, and it's going to be the cartoon. Sorry.

I'll also be considering a change of job at some stage, which also means time taken away from the cartoon; more uni courses, in order to finish my degree and graduate in early 2006; and I really have to cut my food intake.

More to the point, the strips depicting that legendary interview by Janet of Greg (search it out in the archives!) are still not finished. I really need to polish them off, and create cover art, if my braggings of a paper comic are to come to fruition.

Possibly tomorrow (30th) I may simply slap up a mainly text update; the next strip is just a conversation between Stu and Greg anyway.

The other reason is that summer has finally arrived, and it's hot as Hades at home. The temperature inside gets up past 30°C with alarming ease.
